Established over 70 years ago, Chappells is the leading independent pharmacy serving Crowborough and the surrounding area. We provide prescription dispensing and collection from our premises at Saxonbury Surgery and prescription collection from our high street location at 1-3 Croft Road.
There are private consulting rooms at both locations where you can discuss confidential issues and receive expert advice from our pharmacists.
At the shop location on Croft Road there is a specialist health food store and an extensive range of cosmetics and toiletries.

History
The first pharmacy on the Croft Road site was opened by Mr Dier in 1901. Mr H C Chappell started as a dispenser under Mr Finn in 1931, and in 1937 took over the business and Chappells was born. Twenty years later, Mr C P Chappell who still lives in the town became the new owner. He remained there until 1st June 1989 when the current owner, Mr M Sharma, added Chappells to his group of local pharmacies. On the 16th April 2007, the fifth pharmacy was added to the group with the opening of Chappells at Saxonbury Surgery.
